• 2 eggs

    • 1 cup brown sugar

    • 1 cup whole milk

    • 2 tablespoon water

    • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

    • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

    • 2 tablespoon glutinous

    • Rice flour

    • 1 teaspoon baking powder

    • 1 teaspoon baking soda


Step 1: Mix eggs and brown sugar and whip for 5 minutes
Step 2: Add milk, water, and vegetable oil.
Step 3: Add all-purpose flour, glutinous rice flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix, but do not over mix.
Step 4: Add 2 cups of water to the bottom of the inner pot. Remove the white steamer basket and line with parchment paper
Step 5: Pour in the batter
Step 6: Cover the cake with plastic wrap
Step 7: Place cake into the cooker
Step 8: Turn on the Tatung Ultra Multi-Cooker and Select "Manual" Mode. Adjust the temperature to 212 degrees Fahrenheit and the time to 45 minutes
Step 9: When done, please remove with caution
Step 10: Plate and garnish with roasted strawberry sauce
