• 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni

    • 1 (12oz) Can Evaporated Milk

    • 2 Cups Chicken Broth

    • 3 Tablespoon Whole Milk

    • 8 Ounces Grated Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese

    • 4 Ounces Grated Parmesan Cheese

    • Salt and Pepper

    • High-Quality Finishing Olive Oil (as needed)

    • Pancetta Crumble (as needed)


Step 1. Combine the macaroni evaporated milk, chicken broth and whole milk to the inner pot of the Ultra Multi-Cooker
Step 2. Turn the Tatung Cooker "On" and press "Pasta" Mode
Step 3. When 5 minutes are remaining, add White and Sharp Cheddar, a Pinch of Salt, and mix well combine
Step 4. When done, season with Fresh Ground Pepper
Step 5. Place the Mac and Cheese into a bowl and top with pancetta bread crumbs
Step 6. Finish with olive oil and grated parmesan
